@N1MALX: Non-Human Life reflects on the role of humans in the world through a compelling collection of animal-inspired works, many created exclusively for the show. Beyond paintings and sculptures, the exhibition expands its theme across diverse mediums, including jewellery, timepieces, and wine label designs. Admission is free, and all works are available for private sales.
Reimagine Life Beyond the Human Lens
Animals have long played a central role in human culture—as symbols, muses, and reflections of our inner world. Drawing from mythology, history, and pop culture, the exhibition offers strikingly creative works that blur the boundaries between reality and imagination, observation and interpretation, inviting audiences to step beyond a human-centric perspective and imagine life through the eyes of other species.
Marcello Kwan, Bonhams' Head of Modern and Contemporary Art, Asia, comments: "@N1MALX: Non-Human Life goes beyond animal portraits—it reimagines how we relate to other species and what coexistence truly means. At Bonhams, we are committed to fostering innovative and thought-provoking experiences, and we're deeply grateful to the visionary artists who brought this concept to life with such creativity and passion. We hope this exhibition inspires audiences to see the world—and their role in it—in an entirely new light."

Gu, gu, gu—the pigeon sang so shy,
Stars on its neck, like dreams in the sky.
One, two, three—in soft, fleeting lines,
A bird was born in the drift of minds.

The baguette lay dreaming on the wooden desk.
An orange sat beside it—once a man's face.
A piece of cloud rested in the glass.
Everything was in its place, until the black cat came.
